The Pay As You Go Support Service is based on a break/fix principle with a first come, first serve queueing basis. As soon as an engineer becomes available, they are assigned to your request, and either connect remotely or attend onsite, depending on the level of support needed.

You only pay for the time it takes us to resolve your issue*, but don't worry - we know the meters running so we always work as quickly as we can, whilst maintaining the highest level of service and standards to ensure we get it right first time, every time.
