Kelly Computer Services provide complete IT maintenance of your overall network using our intelligent live system monitoring software. We can conduct daily preparation checks at the start of the working day to make sure your systems are at optimal operating conditions for the working day ahead, and provide continuous live system monitoring of your systems throughout the working day to check for real and emerging issues that affect your productivity and business operations as they arise, and fix them fast (monthly support contract only).

 

Our live system monitoring forms the backbone of our monthly IT support service. We believe that a well managed network is a trouble free network, and prevention is better than cure! Thats why all monthly IT support contract customers receive this service inclusive of their support contract.

 

It only takes 5-10 minutes to configure and can be up and running monitoring your systems in next to no time. We install a small piece of software on your server(s) AND workstations which runs silently in the background checking for issues around the clock. When an issue is found we are alerted immediately and can drill down to the root of the problem and work to fix things quickly with minimum disruption to your business.

 

You will receive a short start-of-day report – before you even arrive in your office – showing whether we found any problems, so you aren't left guessing what's going on with your systems.

• Your anti-virus pattern file to make sure your protection is always up-to-scratch
• Your disk space to ensure your system won’t crash and your workers aren’t left unproductive while you recover
• Your Exchange email system to make sure it doesn’t fill up and collapse leaving you floundering till it’s fixed
• Your hard disk and memory health to ensure your system is always in peak operating condition
• Your Critical Event Logs to spot other developing problems that could cause downtime during the day.

This service is inclusive and forms the backbone of a Kelly Computer Services Monthly IT Support Contract, or can be provided as an adhoc service at a cost of £15.00 per server per month (that's about 50p per day), and £3.75 per workstation per month (that's about 12p per day).

 

For adhoc customers, we will contact you when we find something wrong to see if you would like us to fix the issue, subject to our standard Pay As You Go hourly rates.

 

We send out daily, weekly and monthly monitoring reports and give you access to your own monitoring website where you can see realtime information about your systems, so you always have 'at a glance' access to up-to-date information on your networks health and performance.
